I was waiting for the new Grizzly Bear album to come out before I listened to anything, but I got antsy and checked out their myspace. It is unfair that they should be able to write such amazing songs with such ease. There is no way to express how far behind Grizzly Bear I am in terms of songwriting. I guess it's time to try four times as hard.
Seriously, listen to "Two Weeks"! Those fucking assholes make it seem so easy to write such great music. It's like, "Yeah, I wrote that song, and yeah, it is perfect in every way...don't all your songs come out that way?"
Jerks.
